Nathan Obrigewitsch
After years of being a multi-sport athlete and competitive basketball player, Nathan eventually realized his true passion for fitness and performance training. With years of experience and passion for learning, Nathan strives to provide the most effective coaching and programming possible for his athletes and clients.
Sam Spinelli
Helping people feel strong, capable, and break through limits is what drives me. With a background as a certified strength & conditioning specialist with a doctorate of physical therapy, I have a unique background in helping those become as resilient as possible. I’ve been fortunate to work with individuals from the the sick & frail, to high-performing olympic athletes.
Ame Van Zyl
As a retired gymnast with years of sport coaching experience, I have a passion for finding the most efficient, evidence-based strategies to improve health, fitness, and performance. I graduated from UBCO with a degree in Health and Exercise Sciences, and am both a certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist and practicing Kinesiologist.
Trevor Mlait
I graduated from UBC Okanagan with a bachelors in Health and Exercise Sciences and am a registered Kinesiologist. My goal is to be available to my clients and help them reach their potential whether that is in the gym or in their personal lives.
