Ben Herbert

For the little time I have known Coach Nate, he has come to show me the importance of the finer details in training. Never have I had a trainer who knew more about how to boost performance in little ways, that ends up paying up in the long run. In just a couple months, my stand still athleticism has doubled and helped my ability to play on the court effectively and towards my highest potential. Coach was a leader from the start, and I have followed him and his every step since. I have had nothing but great experience after great experience with him. Not only does he look out for my health and efficiency on the court, he also got to know me on a personal level. It created a baseline of good connection that allowed me to push to an entirely different level than I was before. Never have I met a coach so open minded to criticism and feedback, and that actually takes it to heart and changes for the better. He has always had my best interest in mind.
