Miky Kraus
I’ve worked out with Nathan Obrigewitsch since April 2020. While being trained by Nathan, I can see drastic improvements in my physical strength, speed, stamina, movement, and mental toughness. His workouts are focused on the movements/physical health you need for the sport you play. It was a great decision to start working out with Nathan, and I’m excited to keep working out with him in the future.
